A radio space opera

Wednesday 23th June 2010 at 8 PM, Espace 2 (Swiss National Radio) and Maison d'Ailleurs welcomed the public to a radio space opera, a live recording which have been broadcast on Sunday 27th June.


During all day the staff built the temporary studio

Recorded in public from the Espace Jules Verne (Maison d'Ailleurs), musicians and guests traveled through music and science fiction to celebrate our Galactic Hits exhibition, recreating the strangest of spaceships!

With the participation of Nasma al-Amir, Christoph Bollmann, Mauro Bozzi, Catherine Fattebert, Laurent Guido, Patrick Gyger, Antoine Jaccoud, Laurent Mousson, Adrien Zerbini...

Yverdon-les-Bains Music Festival

On the 21st June, for the 2nd year, the Maison d'Ailleurs welcomed two bands for the "Fête de la musique" (free music festival in Yverdon-les-Bains).

Swiss Design in Hollywood in Kuala Lumpur

Swiss Design in Hollywood, an exhibition created by Maison d'Ailleurs for Pro Helvetia, the Swiss Arts Council, was shown from the 16th to the 21st June in Kuala Lumpur, Malysia.


The exhibition have been organized by The One Academy communication design.



Christian Scheurer and Nicolas Imhof made some lectures for the public.
